Who is ZENVC?
jesse_headshot08JESSE WIENS works as a Nonviolent Communication (NVC) facilitator internationally. He studies NVC by living it, drawing inspiration from seven years of Zen monastic life and 6 years of dedicated NVC training, including two years in Robert Gonzales’ LIFE program and a year with BayNVC’s Restorative Justice program at San Quentin Prison. In 2006, Jesse founded ZENVC, a holistic approach to NVC, which includes transformational inner practices and an emphasis on “being” nonviolence.

catherine_headshot2CATHERINE CADDEN is a certified trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication bringing over ten years of experience practicing, living and teaching Nonviolent Communication (NVC) internationally to participants of all ages. She honors her teachers Jack Kornfield, Elisabeth Kubler-Ross, Ram Dass, Marshall Rosenberg as well as Stephen and Ondrea Levine for supporting, inspiring and influencing her spiritual path with a daily mind and heart practice in being nonviolence. In 1997, she founded the TEMBA School, a visionary K - 8 academic program rooted in nonviolent philosophy, NVC, sustainable living, and artistic expression.

Catherine was recently interviewed by fellow CNVC Certified Trainer Sylvia Haskvitz about her life and her work. You can download or listen to that recording here.
